Shocking poor experiences with these people. Removed my repeat prescription of 40 some years which I need to breath! Then after weeks of asking finally invite me to the surgery for a review only to have 'computer says no' and to go to a different practice. Reception were too busy to speak to patients so left after 15minutes of waiting. Dangerous to call these people health professionals.

Apparently I am in day-to-day risk of dying from high blood pressure or diabetes, so I have drugs pushed at me as a preventative measure. Those same drugs are now withdrawn (after several years) with no prior notice until reviewed. Likely to be weeks before I can get back onto them. Either they weren't that critical or the hypocratic oath stating 'do no harm' doesn't apply these days. You don't just cut off medication, any doctor knows that. Farcical.

Staff will do their best to offer assistance. But it is hard to get an appointment, unless you can wait a couple of weeks.

I really wish I didn't have to write such a review. This practice is in crisis, and is getting worse every time I need help. Most recently, I have been told over two days there are no doctor or nurse appointments, and advised to attend the walk-in clinic in Norwich. NHS111 told me to ask for dressing changes twice a week. The practice told me there are no nurse appointments, and directed me to the walk-in centre in Norwich again. Always problems and errors with prescriptions. The website is appalling.
I do hope the CQC read these reviews and takes urgent action to address the practice's many failings.

I went in on Friday to make an appointment for them to tell me to call back on Monday at 8.30am which I have just done. However I was waiting half an hour to get through to then be told they are fully booked and to call 111. Like really not even any advice she cut the phone on me I get they're busy but to be pushed to a side twice is ridiculous. Even if I called tomorrow I feel like I'm going to get the same response literally don't see the point in going to this GP.

If you need medical treatment, you'll be safe going, literally anywhere else! They don't care about your problems, they are happy to speculate rather than check !

Phoned at 4pm to make an appointment to be number 7 in the queue. After an hour I was number 3 so walked down to the surgery whilst keeping my place in the queue on the phone. No patients at the surgery and stood in front of the receptionist for 20mins whilst she was on a call. The practice manager saw me and heard the call waiting still playing on my phone and totally ignored me. Another member of staff walked past and I asked if there was any management I could speak to and was told they were short staffed (even though I new the practice manager was there) eventually after an hour and twenty minutes (20 minutes standing in front of the receptionist) and still in the phone queue the receptionist opened the hatch to deal with my booking. I needed a nurse appointment for a smear that they keep writing to me to book but they only have three weeks to book into and the only day I said I couldn’t do is the one appointment she had to offer!! I now have to wait a week to try all over again. Fuming is an understatement

Not fit for purpose, cannot cope with demand. Getting a routine appointment with a GP is impossible , the standard answer is that the patient will be added to a seemingly never ending waiting list.
