Very good clinic. I’ve been here a few times for contraceptive and they’re always so good. Like many NHS services, it is hard to get an appointment but just be patient and you will get through. Staff here are always friendly and nice. I was very nervous getting my implant replaced but I felt very reassured during the procedure when they explained everything through.

My son uses the iCash online service to order condoms. They send a whopping 3 or 4 and that's all he can get for the month. The postage probably costs more than just sending more.

I had amazing experience! From the phone call to the appointments . Past week so i spoken to and met three nurses they all made me relaxed and comfortable. I was so worried about everything they all made me feel 'normal' made me felt comfortable and relaxed and made sure i understood about everything never made myself feeling silly about asking any questions. They explained everything to me.

Definitely wouldn't be worried about going back again if i needed to. I would recommend everyone to go to icash

The nurse I saw for an IUD today was incredible. I have had nothing but bad experiences with contraceptives the past few years and the last place I went for my original IUD was shocking at best. Thankfully no battle axe nurses, I was greeted by a fantastic nurse and attending HCA both super friendly and put my mind at ease. They were incredibly patient and caring with me and I couldn't have asked for better nurses. Thank you so much lovely ladies!

The staff are excellent but the system to access the clinic is appalling. You can only ring at 9am (so I was late to work) and be on hold for 10-15 minutes, only to be told there will be a call back in my case, for follow up treatment. I waited from 9.15 to 4.40 with my phone glued to my side for the call - 7.5 hours not taking my eyes off the phone, not being able to drive in case the doctor called - then unable to wait any longer I drove to my Mum's. And missed a call at 4.45 !*?!*! I rang the clinic back asap - again on hold for 15 minutes - and was told I'd have to start all over again at 9am tomorrow and that I should have answered the call. Why is it so hard to access basic health care? If you no longer offer walk in you should make it a lot easier to speak to someone; instead you have to put your life on hold in the hopes you might get to talk to a medical person about the health problem you're experiencing. So frustrating!

Called at 9am to book an appointment to have my contraceptive implant removed. Got given a cancellation that day for a consultation. The nurse was absolutely amazing, and because I was early she removed my old implant and put a new one in after the consultation due to having enough time, saving me from booking another appointment. She was friendly, professional and made me feel welcome. Great experience overall!

I spoke to one of the nurses (Sam, I think) on the phone about getting my implant removed and she was so helpful! Went through the whole process with me and double checked that i could have someone in there with me. Couldn’t have asked for a better consultation, she really put me at ease
