I'd highly recommend this GP. I've only had good experiences with kind and helpful staff. Appointments are easy to book online or via phone, and they've always been arranged promptly in my experience. I think this is a great resource for students!

Reception always very helpful with little to no waiting time on hold to them (always number 1 in the queue when I call) and able to get an appointment much quicker than my home medical centre.

I hate to leave a bad review as I think this is such an important service for the university but I called today and the receptionist was so rude/brash it made me cry. This isn’t my first experience being spoken to like that from the service and you would think that people who are meant to be looking after you medically especially as a student would be more sensitive with their tone. So many people suffer with mental health issues and though my medical issue wasn’t related to that there is no harm in treating people with sensitivity in this environment. I will be registering with another doctor’s surgery immediately because I am fed up of being spoken to like that, I have not felt looked after by this service in my four years at university.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I booked an appointment and had to wait a month for it. The day before my appointment, I received a confirmation message and acknowledged it. However, on the day of the appointment, the receptionist informed me that my appointment had been canceled. When I asked who canceled it, she said the patient had done so. I explained that I am the patient and had not canceled anything, but she didn't listen. She told me I would need to book a new appointment, with the earliest available slot being 20 days later.

I am an international student and have been experiencing severe symptoms, including fever, body pain, back pain, swelling in my hands and body, and I need a blood test. I also have thyroid issues. Despite paying approximately 800 pounds in advance for health services, I have received no adequate response or support. This is honestly third-class service.

Was registered at this GP for approx. 5 years before moving out of area. Lovely reception staff, will do what they can for you in trying to fit you in for an appt as soon as possible, very reasonable, fair and understanding. At times I requested blood test results etc via email- these were always provided me to in a timely manner. Lovely GPs, especially Dr Crawford, brilliant Doctor. Nurses friendly and professional, would recommend this GP.

Twice now I have spent a considerable amount of time writing out my medical problem on the online enquiry form only to be met with a message stating that the practice does not take enquiries outside of work hours. My completed form is then deleted, and I must do it all over again. Insanely infuriating, why is it possible for me to access the form outside of you open hours in the first place? What a giant waste of time.

I would genuinely think twice about moving house just in case I couldn't go to this GP anymore. They are amazing. I can always get an appointment in an emergency and they take baby/children's health really seriously. I couldn't ask for better.

Absolutely happy with the care provided by this medical practice (and I have been a patient of various medical practices across the country in the last decade).

The locum GP who assessed me for the first time encouraged the reception/admin team to book a follow up appointment with him, so that they could follow my case.

Then, the nurse who took samples for me, was kind, respectful and gave me reassurance through an unpleasant procedure.

One of the GPs who rang me for a med review, did a great job and checked any possible mental health issues that could require further support.

Lastly, there is a lovely young lad in reception who is extremely helpful and polite.

I am very pleased with the level of care that I have received thus far and I highly recommend this clinical practice.
