Cath is a refreshing change from so many people you meet these days in the medical profession. She gives you time, is competent, reassuring and clearly gets things organised quickly. Can't fault her although if visiting the Bath Clinic, beware the private parking company that polices their car parks. You need to sign in properly - even for the disabled parking bays - if not - £100.00 and there are no warnings about these charges on the car park signage. Sad that the clinic has resorted to using these type of companies as by and large, they are unpleasant to deal with.
