Where is your compassion

Desperately needed help for out daughter who became very poorly in her first few days at Bath University with what we eventually found out was a serious infection.

Unfortunately, we were over 5 hours away and a family in distress.

Staff members on reception obviously have no empathy in what I understood used to be a care industry.

Shame on you University Medical Centre!!!

My appointments have always been very good at the Uni Medical Centre. It’s always easy to get an appointment in good time. In my most recent appointment, the nurse Tammy was super friendly and professional. I felt in really good care throughout the whole appointment. I would definitely recommend the University Medical Practice.

I'm pretty scared of needles and had a blood test today, but Tamsin Quirke was so kind and helped so much. She was really steady with the needle so it didn't hurt very much. All in all probably the most pleasant experience I could have with a blood test.

Fantastic practice, always make time for patients when needed. The staff are lovely and make sure you feel cared for. Not saying a visit is pleasant bcs being sick is terrible but they always make it a bit less bad!

I got my coil (IUS) fitter here by K. Marshall, and it was one of the best experiences I have had at the doctor's. During the whole process, I felte, and all my worries were very comfortabl heard. Any questions I had were answered with care. The producer itself was amazing, so quick and painless. I honestly recommend getting this form of contraception to anyone, one of the best forms out there.

Had minor surgery with Dr Andrew Lloyd at the medical centre, didn’t feel a thing and the procedure was extremely efficient. Doctor and nurse explained every step of the procedure very clearly. Very grateful.
