Went in this morning to get my little girl an appointment, receptionist was fantastic and got us an appointment sorted. Then the doctor/nurse we went in to see was so good with my daughter and we worked out a plan together going forwards. Best interaction we have had at this surgery yet.

Very hard to book an appointment, the office stuff considering more important than the doctor.

Disgusting waits to try to book 1 to 1 appointments
Today is February 6th.First available appointment 12th April.
I hour wait before pick up by rude receptionist.
Not a clue in how to show a caring attitude.Making excuses do not wash. What was a good surgery
RUINED by nosy receptionists with an unwarranted high opinion of themselves.
Must search for another practice.
Also find private practice who are interested in their patients and willing to provide blood tests to insulin dependent diabetics.

ruined by nosy receptionists.iem

It's a joke system down so can't see patients everybody turned away. 2023 and we can't do anything without computer. Only takes hours to get through and lucky if you get the appointment. Needs reporting once again.

Was recommended by a rheumatologist to be referred to a neurologist for my pins and needles and spasms in my face, arms and legs, which are not symptomatic of my Fibromyalgia diagnosis. 5 months and countless more pointless blood test vitamin level checks later still no joy. You turn up for appointments and they don’t know why you’re there or can’t give you all the information you need to attend an appointment. I’m sick of chasing up what’s happening next especially when you can’t even get through to speak to a receptionist.

I’ve moved house now, I’ll get my new GP to do the referral, glad I don’t have to try and contact this lot again.

Gone down hill since dr burn left how the hell can they examine you over the phone send you for a test and say test results are ok so that says nothing wrong with me. So looks like going to have to pay private to get to see a doctor in person.so to sum up nurses are spot on the phone lines and doctors a waste of wages..more chance of seeing a doctor in person at tesco...
