Always loved this pharmacy, even when it was Lloyds. Why? The staff. The core staff are kind, caring, informative, and they know their regulars. That's the kind of old fashioned service that's dying out, but not in Chertsey Pharmacy.

Very tatty and untidy on the outside. The poor appearance of the building pulls the area down. Peeling paint, rotten fascia boards, smashed meter box, weeds growing up everywhere...
It wouldn't be too hard to sort it all out, but the building has been in a state of clear decline for ages...

The pharmacy has recently changed owners. The transformation has been nothing short of superb. The pharmacy dispensing processes are so much better. Text messages to let you know your medicines are ready to collect. When you arrive to collect they get your prescription in seconds.

They seem to be refurbishing the shop too, so it may look a little messy at the moment.

They also offer a service where they will call and check to see how you are getting on, which was great. The pharmacist who called me was excellent.

Before it used to take ages for them to get your drugs ready and identify you’d have to wait 15 minutes or more. No more, thankfully.

I can thoroughly recommend.
