My husband and I were in need of a relaxing time away. |We don’t play golf but the courses look beautifully kept which added to the well kept surroundings. |Foxhills has an amazing spa with an outdoor area comprising of a hot tub steam hut and a cold natural pool for dipping in to. There were plenty of comfortable sun beds to relax on and the sun was shining. Inside was a pool and steam room. The bonus was that it’s an adult only area!|We had lunch in the clubhouse which was easy and very reasonable priced. For the evening we dined in the Fox restaurant in the beautiful Manor House. A little more priced but worth it. To finish off our stay we had a treat with a wonderful Barman called Valente who made us first class cocktails. |Breakfast didn’t disappoint us and as with all of our stay, the staff were so polite and attentive. |We will definitely spoil ourselves again. |Thank you Foxhills

We had a fabulous time for our two-night stay, celebrating my husband's milestone birthday. We had a chocolate gift waiting in our room and at dinner we were given complimentary glasses of champagne and a pudding with "Happy Birthday". The food was great and the staff friendly and polite. |Loved the beautiful well-kept gardens. We had gift voucher for a champagne afternoon tea from our sons-in-law which we took on the terrace beside the wonderful lavender. We had a massage as part of our package and this was very relaxing. |We had booked a "courtyard room" which was a bit disappointing. It wasn't actually on the courtyard and it was very very dark due to a hedge growing just outside the window, blocking the light. I'd advise you to avoid room 14. There was grass outside but no bench to enjoy it, unlike some of the other courtyard rooms. We were there during a heatwave and the room had no proper air con, just a fan which made it quite hard to sleep.|Loved the break but I was disappointed in the room - although the bathroom was lovely. That said , I would definitely return!

A true hidden gem!

I was blown away with the vast amount of activities and space this hotel has

I stayed for business and pleasure taking full advantage of the spa, treatments, driving range and multiple food establishments.

One of the stand out moments for me was attending an art class with wine! It was so relaxing and a nice change from the normal.

Highly recommended and great for kids too with outdoor play areas, creche, pools and a lovely all round vibe.

Stayed at Foxhills with adult family for a spa break, and on the surface everything is OK Starting with the positives the grounds are very attractive and spacious and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. On the negatives the spa feels dated and the cold pool was lovely but slimy floor, they also have very limited facilities outside even though they have plenty of space, it no longer feels luxurious. Inside the pool is nice but busy during our weekend, food was expensive and very small potions although staff were excellent. Good news Spa area is adult only as other area seemed overrun with screaming children. Overall disappointed with spa experience. Needs a spa experience upgrade or don’t expect luxury at all.

This was our second visit to Foxhills, we re booked as our First visit was lovely. However this visit not so much. ||We had issues trying to book the room as the system kept having an error, I then secured the room, booked dinner and paid, however I was still unable to book any treatments prior to arriving.||We arrived late, but had called ahead to advise and staff were amazing, very helpful. We were taken to our room in the newly refurbished lodge, however upon entering the heat was unbearable, the thermostat was reading 29.9 at 11pm at night. ||I opened all the windows and the Balcony door to reduce the heat that had stored up throughout the day.|I then tried using the in room system to call reception, this didn't work as no Wifi......., that meant the TV couldn't link to our phone either.|I called reception from my mobile and explained the heating must be on as it was unbearable and the heat was not reducing in the room.|||Lovely young man arrived and stated he would try and sort, he took the lock off the thermostat and set it to 17, fingers crossed we settled in for the night in the hope everything would cool down. ||By the morning, we had tossed and turned all night, my husband hadn't really slept and i was sweating.......|My husband had to leave for a competition so I said I would deal with the heating issue when i went for breakfast. ||Apparently the room is a sun trap and hence the heat.....I explained if that was the case, it should have cooled down throughout the night as the door was wide open all night and the thermostat and temp in the room would have changed. They assured me there was no heating on in the property but they would move us, we were grateful of this and understand that as the rooms do not have air con we can not expect a chilled room, however a 29.9 degrees room is not acceptable.||We were then moved to a suite over looking the pool which was lovely also, still warm, but much more manageable and it was a warm day and all the windows were closed. I opened the windows and the temp started to fall.||Unable to book a spa treatment prior to arriving I was lucky enough to grab the last appointment on the day and have a lovely Elemis facial. Which was faultless. ||The staff are lovely and could not be more helpful but there are some issues with the heating in the building. ||My last comment is, after 11am you CAN NOT work within the grounds or hotel, there is a NO LAPTOP policy, you can go to the half way house, which is not staffed, has no music or vibe about it and is uncomfortable. Even as a hotel guest I was not allowed to work other than my room or the half way house. ||I appreciate that several people pitch up, take up a table and order one coffee which lasts 5 hrs, however I was there as a hotel guest, I was planning on eating and drinking throughout the day. I would have happily been told there was a minimum spend if needed. Instead I had to get an Uber to Burhill Golf Club (£26) and pitch up there for the afternoon where I spent just over £40 on coffee, drinks and lunch. ( I was at the table for a total of 4hrs as I had to wait for the husband to finish, he then came and had 2 drinks which took our spend to over £50. ||Overall not a great experience and we wont be returning. If my husband is playing golf, I am typically working, the No Laptop rule is not going to work for us and along with the heating issues I feel we will now look for another hotel locally we can use when we need to stay in the area. ||A shout out to the lovely staff though as they were great and very helpful.

We (a group of friends and our children) stayed at Foxhills for one night before going to Legoland the next day. We had a brilliant time and couldn’t fault Foxhills - the rooms were perfect, facilities excellent and the staff were incredible. A special thank you to Levi and Calvin in Nineteen who looked after us so well - and dealt with our table of 5 kids and a baby impeccably! - and Ursula on reception who was so kind on our departure. We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

I visited the spa on Saturday and had a treatment with Michelle and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Michelle made me feel completely at ease and cared for. Her expertise, gentle technique, and calm demeanour turned a simple treatment into pure relaxation.||I really appreciated the way she listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment to suit my needs. She explained each step in a clear and comforting way, which made me feel completely comfortable and trusting. I left the spa feeling rested, pampered, and more myself.||If you’re looking for someone who is passionate, skilled, and attentive, I highly recommend booking a treatment with Michelle! I’ll certainly be back soon.

Staying at the Foxhill Country Club was added to our family of 7’s travel itinerary at the last minute as a one night stay over so we could be closer to the Heathrow airport. The minute we arrived, however, we realized our mistake in not making it a true focal point. It was utterly beautiful while also being incredibly family friendly. Our kids enjoyed their day at the pool while my husband and I enjoyed the sauna and adult pool. The food on site was likewise delicious. And the grounds…I’ll be dreaming of them for years to come. Thank you for our wonderful, though brief, visit.
