I have been waiting for my medication almost 2 hours, even though I was informed it should take 25-30 minutes. I have asked 2 times how long and been told only a few minutes.
It is absolutely rude and unprofessional the way they treat people. I have 2ndary breast cancer and also lung problems my daughter is autistic looking after by a friend who doesn’t know how to handle melts down and I’m sitting here in pain still waiting and nobody is bothering to talk to me or even apologise. If I know it takes this long I would have gone home and come back 😔😠😡🤯

The busy time is between 12 pm - 2 pm.
There's hardly any patience here waiting, we came first and others got their prescription faster ... You're greeted by messages to have patience yet they take for ever to bring a prescription. We where told to wait half an hour. We've been for an hour already and when we asked again for our prescription we've been told to wait another 12 minutes ... if you come by car just park somewhere outside because I feel like they try to get some money from customers that park here. 20 minutes is free but at the end you end up paying to park.
