I cannot thank Sharon and the team at Brookview.
My mum was really struggling living at home by herself.
It is a really tough decision to put a family member in residential care. I can honestly say I couldn’t have placed mum in a better place.
Since coming to stay here she is so much happier and healthier
The staff are amazing, caring, considerate and treat the residents exceptionally.
There is always plenty of care available, all of the time. Which is really reassuring.
There is loads of activities. I love hearing what mums been up to.
Mum says the food is great and she even has cooked breakfast every morning
The rooms are lovely and and everywhere re is spotless.
Overall it’s been a brilliant experience
Mum seems really happy, which is the most important thing.

My grandmother is currently in Brookview for a few weeks of intermediate care. She has been so impressed by how wonderful and caring the staff are - she said that every one is an example of the best possible care. They are very thoughtful and always stop to have a chat to her. Thank you for doing such a lovely job of looking after her.

I would like to place on record the wonderful care and attention that my late Wife, Lily, received during the time she was a resident at Brookview. She was admitted in December 2015 but sadly passed away in June 2019.

Our Daughter, Kay, and I will be eternally grateful to all of the staff for the wonderful work they do and particularly the way Lily was cared for.
