First time at the Spa Therapy Room and I had a Swedish massage and it was amazing, just what I needed to relax and the tension was relieved from my back and neck which I asked for in the form prior to arriving. The therapist was very professional and very good! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I’ll be definitely coming back. Thank you so much!

First time at the Spa Therapy Rooms today. I had a deep tissue massage with Natasha. Natasha had the perfect pressure and really hit the spot with the issues I have. Can't wait for my next visit. We had a wonderful massage today. Perfect pressure, and the whole body was massaged. The only thing I would say, would be to use a little more oil when doing the massage. We were well looked after, and the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Really pleased with my facial and the whole experience was a delight! Ron start to finish I felt relaxed and I was made aware that I had touch sensitive skin, and some products that can be used were suggested to me too. Such a lovely and relaxing environment and experience, thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hands down the best treatment I've had at any spa. I came out feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. Natasha was absolutely brilliant and took great care in making sure I had the best experience.

Went for a brow tint and wax this morning. Not only did my eyebrows not look at all alike when I left, on one side the tech has removed some of the skin under my brow above my eye. There’s a grazed line where something clearly went wrong. I have another small graze between the eyes as well. Clearly the tech knew she had messed up because she didn’t show me a mirror or anything when she finished, she just turned away and I walked over to the mirror in the room. Couldn’t quite believe that she’d actually left me with a graze and mismatched brows, and I didn’t trust her to make it right and I had to leave to get to work so I just paid and left. I had enough brows left to shape them myself at home later. My brows are still stinging now, which I’ve never experienced before. The tint is way too dark but I do assume that will calm down a bit in the following days. They had called a few days before asking me to come earlier, which was fine and I did, but when I got there, I was still waiting almost 10 mins past the appointment time. Not the kind of thing I’d usually care about but with the shocking treatment, you don’t even get decent customer service.

Gemma made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process despite being heavily pregnant. Lovely team. Will not hesitate to return! Thanks again for a wonderful massage and facial. Highly recommend.

I felt completely relaxed. I've never been to have a massage before and didn't know what to expect. Jorune was lovely and put up with my chatting initially and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be back as I left feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders
