After deciding a completely different career change, I joined Bluebird as a complete novice in the care sector just under 3 months ago. The training I have received has been so in-depth and the help and support I have received from the staff both in office and out on the job has been amazing and continues to be.

Having a family with 3 young children, Bluebird has been so accomodating with hours and shifts and have worked everything around me perfectly. It's such a nice feeling knowing you've made a difference and helped someone out. I can honestly say I really do love my job.

I have been with bluebird since January 2020. The induction was the best I have received in all my years of caring, the staff I have met and work with have made me welcome, we all support one another with any problems, questions we have. The customers are fantastic. I would recommend bluebird care to anyone who is looking for an agency, not just because I work here. But the level of care customers receive is 100%. If you are looking for care work bluebird is the company to work for. Not only do you receive training but once your in the community you will never feel alone as the staff are always on hand to help, I'm proud to now be one of those members of staff. Throughout these umpresedented times we have, all work together to support each other, proud to be a bluebird....

I have recently started working for bluebird as bank staff alongside my degree. Bluebird have accommodated my hours brilliantly and worked around my days in uni. The training was brilliant, I have never worked in care before but felt really comfortable going out on my own.

I have worked for bluebird for 4 years now and I can never see myself working anywhere else. I have been in care for 10 year and worked in a number of places from nursing care, residential to challenging behaviour all have been rewarding in their own way. During my time at bluebird I have found this has been much more rewarding with supporting customers in their own home. I love working for bluebird the staff and management team are all fantastic and all work really hard and well as a team it is like having a extended family. We all support each other though good days and bad days.

I have worked for Blue Bird for over 6 months and only leaving to return to a previous job which was put on hold due to the difficult times we are all experiencing at the moment. I have worked in care for a long time, including the NHS. This company gives you great training, support and advice. They care about their customers and go out their way to give the best care to them and support to their staff. All the staff have been very caring, competent and above all have made me feel welcome.
