Claudia's health and wellness advice is down to earth and just brilliant. I am in the middle of my first round of PRP injections and can already feel big changes. My knees are bad (or rather were bad), the right one has been swollen for years, and now the swelling is going down. Stairs are easier again and less clicking involved, everything feels much more stable, I can already bend them a lot more again. She is also treating my elbows - my hands were getting tingly when I have the elbow bent for a while. This is also improving a lot already. I would highly recommend Claudia, I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis for a few years and had undergone several forms of treatment for it, including cortisone injections, after the 2nd one ran out,I was told that I couldn't have anymore and should consider packing in running. After being recommended Claudia, I spoke to her and after the initial consultation, decided that PRP would be suitable for me, within the first week of the first injection, I was running again, after the second I managed to complete an Ironman 70.3 and shortly after my 3rd injection, I managed to successfully complete a full distance Ironman. I still remain pain free and I'm just about to start training again for some more races next year, without Claudia, I doubt that I would have managed to have got to the startline, never mind sign up for more gruelling races next year.
