I have always received excellent care at Brucegate Dental Practice, including being seen in a timely manner for dental problems that have arisen outside normal scheduled appointments. I appreciate the time and care that is taken by my dentist, and especially having my (many!) questions answered. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Nothing is too much trouble.

Visited 21/08/24. Needed tooth extraction. Can't thank Kim enough for her patience and professionalism throughout what was a traumatic experience for me. Would definitely recommend using this practice to anyone with anxiety about visiting a dentist. All staff are very caring and helpful

On holiday and I needed urgent treatment.
On arrival received first class service from the receptionist who had given me an appointment the same day and from Richard the dentist and his nurse.
Richard explained my options in detail then immediately carried out the treatment I chose.
This service was exceptional.

Always get a friendly and efficient welcome from the receptionists. I am an apprehensive patient but
Kim, my dentist, has always put me at my ease and calmed my fears. She is very gentle when working in my mouth so any discomfort is kept to a minimum.

5 star dentist! I recently had 2 fillings done by Sarah and Abbie, as someone who gets quite apprehensive when it comes to my dentist appointments I could not have been made to feel more at ease. Very happy to be a patient at Brucegate!

Frankly I do not know where to start with this review as this dental surgery is simply superb in every way. The girls greet you on arrival and engage in a bit of banter while you are waiting to see wonder woman alias Sarah the dentist. I was so lucky the day I managed to get onto their waiting list and will be forever grateful for that especially in view of the current shortage of dentists. I could continue for quite some time singing the praises of every aspect of this practice but i would not know where to stop so I will do that now !!!!!!

I don’t think you will find a better dental practice than Brucegate anywhere. I have experienced dentistry in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle and London. Sarah, my dentist always carries out all her work to a fantastically high standard and more importantly to me totally pain free! The Dental nurses are excellent, as are the reception staff. They all have a great sense of humour and show empathy and kindness when required. I would definitely recommend this practice as five star. Good luck for 2024!

Recently required an extraction and was dreading it! Dr Sarah Swales kept me informed along the way as to how and why we were doing it. She made the appointment on the day straightforward with a quick, totally painless and easy extraction in a calm environment.
