I recently visited WellYou to use their infrared sauna. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking and once inside we were shown the area and given a full explanation of the sauna and the chromotherapy system. You are allocated a lockable, spacious room with electrolyte drinks on hand to take into the sauna. The sound system in the sauna is Bluetooth so you can easily hook up your phone to play whatever you like. By the end of he session I was amazed at how much I was sweating but in no way was it uncomfortable in the sauna, a lovely heat that jus did the trick. Immediately after coming out I was feeling less tight in the muscles and the nagging shoulder was certainly feeling better, the following day even better. I will be going back and taking advantage of the other services. Very professional service, you certainly feel in good hands and I would recommend to anyone to try whether you are looking to destress or you are an active individual looking for solutions to aid recovery and increase performance
