Had the most amazing facial. I could tell how much Shona loves what she does just by experiencing it first hand. I will definitely be back for the same soon!! I can’t recommend The Retreat enough.

We moved to Berwick over 2 years ago and I've been going to The Retreat every 6 weeks since we arrived. I love it! All who offer treatments are fun and friendly, my brows have never looked so good, and my nails have never been so healthy I'd definitely recommend (and often do!) for a high quality, professional and relaxed service on all things beauty - The Retreat is the place to go!

Visited today and was feeling quite insecure with troubles I've recently been having with my skin (to the point that I nearly never went to the consultation!) but after meeting Shona, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen as well as answer every question I had. She could have quite literally and easily sold me any treatment plan and I would have been none the wiser, but instead she gave me her honest and professional opinion on what I could change in my day-to-day skin routine first before entertaining the idea of any treatments, that kind of honesty is a rarity in businesses today, so I have full confidence and no hesitation in recommending Shona/The Retreat to anybody. I will definitely be back for a follow up after taking the steps Shona advised me today. Thank you again, definitely made me feel better about myself ?

Staff are very friendly. The salon is very clean and have covid rules in place to keep the staff and customer safe. My family and I enjoy our pamper sessions immensely.

Wonderful first Dermalux session at The Retreat with Lucy. Such a clean, welcoming place and felt very at ease instantly. Lucy was so kind and welcoming and knowledgeable and gave me some excellent skincare advice. The products she used on my skin were lovely and I've come away with a travel size kit to try them at home. My skin feels amazingly soft and looks very glowy, with redness going down quickly after my treatment. It already feels calmer. Looking forward to my next session. Thank you, Lucy! ?
