I have been suffering from fatigue for a few years. I heard about Althealth and the QRM analyzer, I had one session and Linda went through all the areas I needed attention, I have followed her recommendations and it’s been 2,months and my energy is back , I am so grateful. I had two sessions of Bowen therapy with Carrie, which with helped me relax and my sleep has improved. Therapy room is calming , and light . Highly recommend Althealth.

I had non surgical lypo and I did three hour long sessions. Plus a facial.

I am really happy with my results and it’s been so great getting a treatment from Carrie.
Carrie was calm, clear with instructions and put me at ease every step of the way.

Her studio at home is impeccable, clean and her bed is very comfortable.

Communication was clear and relaxed. I would suggest anyone to visit althealth in cowes!

Carrie is a miracle worker. Her Bowen Therapy, for muscular problems is incredible I had never come across this kind of treatment before for ongoing muscular issues and she has worked wonders she is extremely knowledgeable very patient and totally professional. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Carrie is such a lovely girl and so professional, I always wanted to have a laser hair removal but I always felt embarased and scared as I am not good with pain however when I met Carrie she reassured me it wasn't painful and definitely nothing to be embarrassed about and to be fair I love it each time I go, I feel so relaxed that every time I go, I fall asleep, that's how gentle Carrie is! Definitely recommend her 👌

I am a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. I tried Bowen Therapy for the first time and had the best night's sleep in years, which lasted. Carrie's professionilsm, assessment and treatment skills are very effective. I returned for further Bowen sessions which in addition to the previous benefits, reduced my headaches- I was delighted.
