Booked a blood pressure test had a text to say I could book one. Got there on time and pharmacist on lunch and was going to be 20 mins after time of appointment. I left. If you can’t keep to appointments, don’t offer them!

What a joy it has been changing our prescription chemist to Day Lewis in Cowes. Answering the phone quickly & politely, always have items in stock, prompt delivery, friendly helpful staff. No long ques. Can’t believe we put up with such awful service, for so long at the ‘other chemist’. Well done and thank you!

Lovely staff, always helpful and always know who I am. The shop could do with better quality goods since it's in Cowes, as it's quite large, but very random. Makeup variety is poor. Great otherwise.

It’s a pharmacy so all good there. Does feel like it could do with a bit of an update. Ran out of suntan lotion this year, you’ve really got to wonder how!! Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Shop is clean and tidy. Toilets across the road if needed in an emergency 😂

Not sure why the are showing as open as yet again they don't have a pharmacist, when I complained was told to walk to boots in the heat 14 days post operation and be more empathetic towards the needs of the pharmacist. Please call before going in. The lack of a pharmacist seems to be a regular occurance. Dismissive attitude. Didn't seem to care, muttered something about being against the law to operate a pharmacy without a pharmacist ironically completely oblivious to the fact, they are indeed a pharmacy.

I should have gone to boots.
