A very easy experience with NL Clinic at Gurnard. A nice lady took swab that was painless and let me know when results would be through. I paid for the 2 day test not 24 hour. I received the results about 25 hours later. Great service, many thanks.

Outstanding Clinic and Service!

My Husband needed to fly to Italy on compassionate grounds (bereavement) resulting in a requirement to book a ‘Fit-to-Fly’ PCR Covid-19 test - being on the Isle of Wight choice was limited, but we really landed on our feet with this Clinic and couldn’t have asked for better!

Booking the appointment was simple and easy, on arriving at the Clinic there was an air of cleanliness and professionalism – he was greeted by name (nice to be expected!) and taken through to his appointment immediately. We had paid for the next day results option and later the following day I contacted the clinic as I was a little anxious we wouldn’t have the results back in time (the test could not be conducted more than 48 hours before flight departure time). The gentleman at the Clinic was very reassuring and confirmed again that we would have the results before the end of that day. A couple of hours later we received confirmation by text and a valid certification. The gentleman we’d spoken to earlier in the evening then rang us to confirm we’d received the text and email verification? What brilliant service.

Can’t recommend them highly enough we’ll certainly be using the NL Clinic for other testing.
