The owner, David, along with his proficient team comprising Andy, Shaun, and Adam, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine concern for my vehicle's needs. Their approachability and clear communication throughout the process significantly put me at ease, leaving me confident that my truck was in capable hands.

One of the critical tasks my vehicle needed was a full Glow Plug set replacement. Got my car booked in at short notice for an MOT, and service. Did a great and efficient job, however would be 5* but due to price i cannot give 5*. My local hyundai dealer would have been cheaper. Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning.

Booked my MOT with these guys through the RAC as just moved to area and these guys were brilliant! They completed my MOT and the work that needed to be done in 2 days giving me a good breakdown of what was wrong (which was perfect as I know very little about cars). Shortly afterwards, I had a slow puncture and a bit of pull with my steering wheel and they sorted that out in a day! They even offered me a courtesy car whilst the work was being done.
Really friendly and hard working team! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

First time using, very pleased. They fitted me in at short notice as my car had lost power steering, ABS and warning lights for multiple things. They checked and found a couple of immediate signs which they showed me but needed to do a full diagnostic check, so car left with them. They phoned later that day to explain fully what was wrong and needed to be replaced/repaired how long it was likely to take and the cost. Dave kept me informed when there was a slight delay in a part arriving and due to my not living in town with no other transport were able to offer a small run around to keep me mobile whilst my car being repaired. As an older female, admittedly with a reasonable knowledge of mechanics at no time did I feel condescended to or intimidated into agreement as have previously encountered, they were friendly and professional and I will definitely use again.

Our car was brought in late on an evening by the RAC after breaking down . David rang straight away to say that he’d received the referral and had our car fixed within a couple of days , with the added bonus of a courtesy car too . I can’t thank David and his team enough !
