Dr. Donald talked me through the process of softening my big frown with Botox and really listened to what I wanted to achieve. She did a great job and gave me just what I had asked for, leaving me with a soft smooth forehead with enough movement to allow facial expressions and looking really natural. No taught shiny effect you so often see. Made me feel very at ease and I’m very happy with the result
