The friendliest, most welcoming vet practice I have ever been with.
The reception team fall over backwards to accommodate me and my cat who always goes missing on appointment day. Great care from the vets and nurses and good value.
It’s always an enjoyable experience to come to this practice l.
I would highly recommend this practice.

Lovely people welcomed me and my cat Marcie. Kind examination and vaccination of Marcie who was allowed to emerge from her carrier in her own time, and also to reenter in her own time. Stress free. Reception staff took the time to explain the Pet Plan to me.

Have been with this vets for many years. The staff I have seen have always been kind and professional & receptionists helpful and friendly. In particular we had exceptional care & all were very kind to my son when we sadly had to have a much loved cat put down last year after a cancer diagnosis.

My first visit to Severn Vets due to house move and I was really impressed. I took my cat for her annual vaccination. The waiting room was quiet and cat friendly. The vet I saw was really thorough and kind. Overall the experience was really good and I thoroughly recommend.

Fab local vets in Alcester, very good at communication when you have a pet with them, we take our cats and dogs and they are always treated with kindness. Shelly and Jodie are very helpful at the reception and Jock and Cian have been fantastic with my Cat whom recently broke her leg. Experienced, friendly staff and good treatment. Highly recommend.

Regular customers. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Kind to the animals, always a treat at hand. Deals with my insurance claims, I find this helpful. Very considerate when putting down our old dog.

Myself and my dog Ralphie were treated really well - from the greeting from the receptionist to the care given by the vet. Everything was explained clearly to me and I felt at ease whilst my pet had his injections.
