I recently brought my personal training clients to a wellness evening, and it was an incredible experience for everyone. We started with a challenging but enjoyable Barre class, which was a first for the group. James then guided us through a contrast therapy session, making everyone feel at ease, even though it was also their first time. We ended the evening unwinding in the Himalayan salt room with refreshments and just relaxing. I highly recommend this for groups, loved every moment and will definitely be returning!

My partner booked us a private ice bath and infrared sauna session for a birthday treat and the whole visit was fantastic! The facilities are gorgeous and clearly very well thought out as there were so many lovely little touches that added to the overall experience.

The team were so friendly and knowledgeable - James talked us through all aspects of the ice bath and sauna and he and his colleague couldnt do enough for us.

We weren’t going to have time to visit the Himalayan salt room due to lunch plans, so they let us come back afterwards so that we didn’t miss out!

Thanks so much for a great visit…we will definitely be back ? ? ?

Wow. What a place ?
I’ve been struggling with a fibromyalgia flare up and decided spur of the moment to book in. It was easy to book and pay online, plenty of availability throughout the day, and it was easy free parking right outside too which I was very thankful for with the pain and fatigue.

The staff were all very welcoming on arrival. I was a bit unsure what I was doing as it was my first visit but everyone was really helpful and talked me through the process. After the infrared sauna and ice bath I was able to use the Himalayan salt room to relax and warm up with a beautiful cuppa! ?

I was then lucky enough to experience the foot/leg massage boots whilst relaxing, and what a relief they gave.

If I could go every day I would.

100% recommend for pain management / pain relief.

Looking forward to my next visit already.

Been coming here for a couple months. Fell in love with the feeling of the ice plunge. ‘The Set- Up’ sessions are my favourite. Great way to start the day, guaranteed to come out feeling amazing everytime. Barre classes with Ellie are absolutely amazing also! Lovely environment and venue.

It is the most friendly, welcoming place. You’re treated like a friend from the minute you walk through the door. I’ve loved experiencing the sauna and ice bath. I didn’t think it was anything I’d enjoy or be able to do but you’re talked through the whole process and I felt the benefits afterwards. It really is a happy, chilled place to be.

My friend bought me an ice bath and sauna experience for my birthday. I don't particularly enjoy the cold but it was amazing, I was 3 months post partum/c section and the contrast therapy has been great for my recovery, physically and mentally. I also attended the mum and baby yoga classes for two blocks, which was so special and I attend Tower Pilates weekly. The people are so friendly and welcoming, and the environment is so calming. I would thoroughly recommend One Wellness to anyone.

One Wellness is the perfect hub for relaxation, recovery and all round general wellness. James & Brendan are complete professionals & have done an incredible job to bring such a high quality facility to Coventry. The Ice Baths & Infrared Sauna Therapy are particularly useful to me (and my teammates!) as a mode of sports recovery in between intense sessions and games, however, the various classes they offer (especially those focused around stretching) are great too & it all takes place within such a welcoming environment.

You won’t be disappointed if you give it a try!

Such a beautiful place with great support team! Went in with an issue with my back/shoulder blade.. James offered cold water therapy and infrared sauna (and then chill in the salt room). It was great! Just a Few days later my back is pretty much back to normal! Forever grateful and cannot wait to come back!
Also Ellie is so lovely and I’m really enjoying her Barre class! Finding muscles I never knew I had!
