I have had total hip replacement done by Mr Baker and his team. From the first moments of stepping into the hospital for my pre op I felt safe and cared for and consequently didn't have a moment of worry or anxiety. Please do express my deepest appreciation to everyone - from the house keeping team who keep the place immaculate; receptionists, nursing staff, pharmacy, physios, catering team, theatre teams and anaesthetist and anyone else who has slipped my mind. The whole experience was brilliant... I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to use these facilities. A heart felt thank you to you all.

I can just recommend this amazing hospital, which has got a full of best staff.
I had a hernia operation here. The staff is very nice, very helpful and made me feel very comfortable, the doctors and nurses are do everything to the patient safety, they do their work with the utmost expertise, precision and care, and the patient really comes first to them.
The only reason, why I am not write here anyone by name is that they ALL do their work with the maximal devotion to the patient.
I can just say a massive thank you to all the staff at the Nuffield Hospital the Chesterfield Bristol.

Having just had spinal surgery there I cannot speak highly enough of them. Amazing surgeon in Mark Nowell and his team. Superb ward manager/sister Sophie and indeed everyone on the ward were absolutely wonderful, kind, caring and very efficient. I personally couldn’t have hoped for a better hospital to have my spinal surgery done.

Son had an ACL reconstruction operation last Saturday on NHS. Every aspect of our experience at the Nuffield has been really excellent both before the operation and on the day. Friendly, helpful and kind staff..surgeon, anesthetist, physios and nurses. Admin staff too before we came in.
Thank you all for making it such a positive experience. We are very grateful to you all.

I have spent most my adult life in and out of hospital and had many surgeries in the midlands.
Yesterday I had surgery for the first time at the Nuffield from start to finish all the staff were wonderful caring compassionate right from reception through to the consultant everybody was very understanding with my anxiety and panic attacks I felt valued and put at ease the hospital was perfectly clean it was well worth the long journey.

Disappointing service, no access to my historic records which made for not the most constructive consultation.
Then a follow up letter which wasn’t accurate.
Excuse was that because I booked online my historic records weren’t transferred to the new system, but that’s just a failure in operational process and poor an excuse for bad service.
