Dec 2020 during covid- difficult to get through on the phone - but what on earth do you expect? Everyone and their dog needs a Covid test right now if travelling near Christmas... The occupational health service is all a part of the regular GP practice. Sorted a rapid antigen test via email a mere 4 days prior, was seen within 5 minutes of the allotted appointment (do arrive 10 minutes early to check in, they're busy), was seen promptly and professionally by a GP, temp tested prior to going into the clinic. Swab took under 5 minutes with all questions answered, test results with full certificate recieved in about half an hour. Very happy with the service as paid for, and would happily recommend.

Extremely unprofessional, they completely stopped answering my emails half way through booking a test. Not reacheable by phone either. Avoid.
