Filled in online form on 20th for a telephone consultation with a doctor as its a waste of time trying to get an appointment. No response on 25th so rang, only to be told 'we definitely sent you a reply on the same day'. Well you definitely didn't. Nothing on the website in my messages, no text, no email.

From contacting the GP online to receiving a phone call was 24 hours. The GP listened, gave me time to explain my concerns and supported me to get the help I needed.

It may be a good practice but have you tried to get an appointment with a doctor? - more chance of winning the national lottery. Pathetic and unsympathetic system where you have to queue from 0815 each morning only to find you are number 43 in line and when you eventually reach a receptionist there are no appointments left and told to ring tomorrow. Told it's not possible to book an appointment tomorrow or any other day in the future - why ? Ridiculous routine that puts even more stress on a patient.

Unable to get appointments, unable to see the practice manager, doctors who sign off x-rays as satisfactory when you can see the results raise issues. Not happy.

Dr Nicky Holmes referred me to Dermatology at the QE . K.Lynn for nasty looking growth on left ear . They removed it for a biopsy and repaired with a skin graft , completely healed now , all in six weeks . Enjoying holiday in Turkey!
What a service is that , all of the professionals cheerful and happy , they always are at Campingland .
A big thank you to everybody .

I have no clue why people praise Campingland. After over a year with being with them and trying very hard to work with the antiquated systems that have in place, I had to leave. I am constantly told by the Practice Manager how much I cost them and how much extra time they give me! As a patient who simply advocates for their health only to be told my care is "complicated". Apparently having several issues that happen to be occurring at once is complicated. What they really man is that if you follow up on overdue referrals, you are wrong. I even have written confirmation that reception, doctors and the practice manager New the status of referrals in have been asking, but didn't bother to tell me. I've had letters written by specialists gone missing and no apologies when I questioned it. You have doctors that message you asking for ina response, but don't allow you to reply, so you have to go though the entire system again, just to send a simple reply. I have spoken to the PM about uses with reception staff and he admitted they were not trained well enough and admired they handled things wrong. Drs order tests, but then never let you know the results, so you have to call and ask and then get shamed for skiing!
The real problem is how the place is run. The systems in place are not patient centric and pattern cause more harm than good. The other surgeries in town use much more modem facilities and systems, and do not moan to patients that they are choosing to much. Ive had to go to private GPS just to verify my care and they have shown Campingland made poor decisions. On occasions, Campingland was right, but the way the private GP explained it, with compassionate actually showed they cared.
