Not veteran friendly. Practice manager is rude and unprofessional. No shingles or covid jabs available at this practice either, even if you are eligible.

Dispensary never answer the phone, number 1 in the que for 15 minutes is normal, then you have to give up if you work for a living, some things you can't get the information for on the website, so it's either call or visit in person. Answer the phone if there's an option to speak to dispensary or get rid of the option, then I could waste my time on something else

I moved to this practice having moved home. I have on half a dozen occasions need help and advice. Have received excellent treatment from nursing staff, nurse practitioner and doctors. Did not need to see a doctor so very happy to receive phone call. The receptionists seem excellently trained and are very pleasant, a far cry from my last surgery.

I've been throwing up for five months in a row. vomiting blood I wanted to see the doctor. The nurse says that my condition is not urgent and that I cannot see the doctor today. What do you do there? What are they diagnosing, what responsibility do they take? What they are writing a prescription do not write anything from the state they make money with it. Shame shame so shame. Definitely do not recommend.

I requested a chat with a doctor over the daily pains that I'm getting and was called by a clinician, today I received a call from a doctor trying to push me into using statins which they receive an insentive for eacu patient they recruit. A pity a doctor didn't phone me in the first place regarding my pain.

Offered an appointment for ongoing issue.doctor was excellent in recognising issue and explaining treatment .prescription available immediately and pharmacy staff great as always. A huge improvement on my previous doctors surgery experience

I have received excellent care from this surgery, always helpful, seen when necessary and followed up. Been registered for many years and very satisfied with them.

My mum had an appointment to see the Doctor and he was polite, interested and made my mum feel at ease.
