What an incredible and restorative experience! The studio’s quaint and peaceful energy is a hidden retreat, fostering a blissful escape for meaningful treatment. We started with a consult, which served as guide for a customized service. The massage was perfect; and, where I had a lot of tightness, John used Reiki to help affect progress. It was a new experience for me—not sure a massage without Reiki will be sufficient in the future. We ended with an unhurried discussion about my body and my energy, with recommendations for self care, which were consistent with what I have received from my chiropractor preciously. Wonderful service from a very caring and knowledgeable practitioner!

The massages I have had at Mantra are hands down the best messages I have ever had in my life. John made the whole experience relaxing and uplifting and the actual massage was simply perfect each time. Previously a reiki cynic, when John incorporated reiki into the massage (with my permission), I was utterly shocked at the impact of it. I think I’ll be trying a reiki session too now. I cannot recommend Mantra Wellbeing more highly.

I have had several full body massages and a couple of reiki sessions, and can honestly say one of the best massages I've ever had! I was sceptical about reiki, but during a massage John was finding huge resistance in my neck so did some reiki on that area then continued to massage where the resistance was. I was shocked to say the least when that resistance disappeared. I'm now a true believer in the powers of reiki and I look forward to my next session. Thank you John.
