Had a massage with Sarah recently and she helped me out with my arm so much. I've been having issues for a while now and Sarah helped release the tension which in turn gave me a lot of pain relief. Sarah is such a lovely person, so friendly and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and how parts of the body affect each other. My massage was so lovely and relaxing and I felt like Sarah intuitively knew where my problem areas were and worked through them with ease. The Bude Wellness Centre is also a lovely, relaxing venue - I will certainly be booking again!

I am a retired massage therapist and nurse. I first went to see Sarah because I wanted to help her complete her training. The first time she gave me a massage I was extremely impressed. Both my husband and myself have now been having regular massages with her for over a year and she has improved and built on her natural ability. She is now an extremely gifted and competent masseuse. I have an upper back problem which she has helped with immensely. She seems to know exactly which areas need working on and what amount of pressure to use. In my opinion she is a natural and I highly recommend her.

I can heartily recommend a massage with Sarah. She has a welcoming, warm and friendly approach and I felt immediately at ease. Sarah tailored the massage to my specific needs - my shoulders and neck are always tense - and afterwards I felt like I was floating on air. It felt that Sarah was putting her heart and soul into it and she didn't rush. She really knows her stuff and gave me some advice about the muscles that I put under daily stress from bad posture and from lumping my pre-schooler around. As well as the excellent deep muscle work, my massage was such a calming experience. Thank you lovely Sarah, I will be back.

Excellent value for money - Sarah's calm, welcoming and professional manner made me feel confident from the start. I had a fantastic 90 minute Full Deep Tissue Massage after which I definitely felt better than when I walked in!
Frustratingly, I haven't been able to return ... yet!

A very relaxing and soothing Swedish massage in lovely surroundings. Sarah was knowledgeable and thorough and I left feeling all the tension in my shoulders and back had gone and I was left with an overall feeling of wellness. Suggestions for further exercises and activities for my Sciatica were very welcome, and I look forward to returning again and highly reccomend Shore Wellness for a proffesional massage experience.
