I've been seeing Kat for a couple years now. Not only is she an open, warm caring person. She's also extremely knowledgeable about her work and is always gaining new insights along the way. I don't go to Kat for a massage I go to her for an experience. Her work is deeper than the physical. Although a very skilled masseuse she works at an energetic level. And listens to what your body needs. Kats good at helping me release unwated stuck energy in my body. I always feel heard, held and healed by Kat. I would highly recommend.

I had been suffering with my knees for months and after seeing two different physios they said it was general wear and tear. Really excellent massage from Massage for Health and Wellbeing. I went not knowing what to expect and suffering from quite a sore back. Kat was incredibly professional, took time to discuss the issue I had and then gave me a tailored massage to help improve my back after which I i felt much better. Getting a hot stone treatment at the end was a particular treat! I have always enjoyed massage so had a number over the years, my experience with Kat was right up there and I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Quite simply, Kat is fantastic! ⭐️ She has always been incredibly attentive and sympathetic to the issue that led me to seek treatment from her. She really took the time to understand my clinical history from the get go and has always explained things to me in way that is easy to understand, alongside the use of diagrams and reference images. She is incredibly thorough within each session, and was able to provide me with an appropriate clinical evaluation for the issue I was facing - she really empowered me to feel confident in pushing the physios and consultants I was seeing to take things forward for investigation to allow for appropriate treatment. Following an MRI, Kat’s initial evaluation turned out to be 100% accurate. Kat is clearly very knowledgable and passionate about improving her client’s health and wellbeing. I feel very fortunate to have access to her expertise to aid in my recovery. I visited Kat because I was looking for a Jing Clinical massage practitioner. I am training for a marathon and was experiencing pain in upper thoracic related to recovering from a spinal fracture a year ago. I knew I needed a tune up as we’ve also just had a baby, so life has been hectic! The treatment was a 90 min massage. It was deeply restorative and satisfying. She managed to hit all the spots that were troubling me and I came away feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ve booked in again in a couple of weeks and also booked my fiancé in for a treatment next week. Would highly recommend. Thanks Kat! :)

I feel very blessed to have been recommended to Kat and that she had availability to take me on as a patient. In our initial session Kat was very interested and thorough when it came to my 38 year medical history. She has helped and is continuing to help with various long standing issues from arthritis since childhood, a hip injury to facial nerve damage resulting from an operation and jaw pain caused by a dislocation and imbalance in hormones. Kat works very intuitively and knows exactly what my body needs. Her knowledge of the human body and how the myofascia links is second to none.
