I have had several appointments now with Emma, initially to treat a specific problem. I have massively improved with her excellent focused massages and now I am enjoying a more relaxed massage less frequently to keep my niggles in check. Emma is friendly and knowledgeable, I like that at the start I can update on any problems that she can then advise or focus the treatment. I always leave feeling so relaxed!

I had a sports massage with Josie, she was so thorough and when I left my neck back and shoulders, which are always a problem, were feeling so much looser. The following day I went to my usual exercise class and the difference was hugely noticeable my movement was greatly improved. I would thoroughly recommend Josie and have made another booking.

We went through my medical history, was asked lots of questions where my pain was etc. Then had a 45 min sports massage that was so good. Felt so much better afterwards and the therapist was really lovely and friendly. Thankyou will definitely be back

This was my second time having a Sports Massage with Josie and I couldn’t recommend Bideford Therapies highly enough! Josie is fantastic and the whole team are very friendly! The place itself feels warm and cosy, I’ve come away feeling very relaxed and I’m seeing a huge improvement on the tension in my back already. Definitely a hidden gem!! Thanks Josie and team 🙂 xx
