I am autistic and highly averse to any medical settings/situations, I have not seen a doctor for many years as it takes a lot for me to even call for an appointment, so to be treated like a time-waster by the receptionist when I called today is absolutely abysmal, she was much more interested in giving her own amateur diagnosis over the phone than helping me arrange an appointment to see a doctor at Belmont.

Seeing the other reviews on here it is clear the receptionist is a problem and let's face it, if you work here you probably know very well who the problem is.

She should be put on some sort of customer service course (as that is literally her entire job, facilitating appointments, not acting as a goalkeeper between patients and their doctors) and should be taught that some people will react very negatively to being talked to that way, I'm now just going to wait to hopefully get better soon, a habit I was attempting to pull myself out of after many years.

A great surgery. They always do their best to fit you in and the receptionists are always lovely. I recently saw Dr Moore. He was amazing, I didn’t feel rushed, I felt listened to and felt like he genuinely cares about his job. We need more doctors like him! Also all the female doctors I have seen are great and Dr Croucher.

I am using this surgery for more than 2 years now and I always had a great experience with the staff and doctors.
The surgery also has a nice patient parking

While many of them are wonderful, a few individuals at reception come across as entitled and act as though they are on a high horse.

Poor coordination, communication gap and lack of skills it seems I booked appointment for my child blood test 8 years old. I had full confirmation of all the technicalities that it can be done at hospital and when the actual day came in I was told to goto st helier. What is the use of opening such big hospitals, waste of money of tax payers, if these minor things cannot be handled? Initially, both the nurses Julie and Lean, mentioned that it can be done and later I was redirected.

Not good service at all.

Did rate them 2 stars have given and extra star as they were helpful the receptionist I spoke to deserves 5 stars she was lovely the doctor was also very helpful but I still think things could be better but I imagine it's due to the current shortage of GPs

This is an excellent GP practice, from friendly and helpful reception staff to the doctors, particularly Dr Mawani. Thank you so much for your care of our family. You are doing so well in the incredibly difficult circumstances the NHS currently faces and my family appreciate your hard work.

Wonderful receptionist, very polite and kind. The doctors I've seen have been very professional during our newborn baby checks. The practice nurse is also very lovely and courteous. During this pandemic I can understand how it must be very difficult with the mounting work load and pressures GP practices face, but I feel you've been great with me and my family. Thank you
