Had the best morning at The Wholeness Pod.
I was lucky enough to experience the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber.
I was a bit reluctant as I am so scared of smaller spaces, but the chamber has a lovely big glass window which made it feel more spacious.
OMG, the experience was amazing, I came out feeling renewed & able to breathe. I just had Thyroid surgery and have been experiencing breathlessness, this has now been corrected. 😁🎉.
In addition, I had the best sleep I have had in a long time.
We were shown everything by the beautiful Omega. Omega explained everything fully & allayed any fears that I had.
The service & after care was amazing. This definitely has opened my mind to another area of alternative therapies I need to access to further enhance my wellness journey.

I can honestly say I’m ecstatic about my experience at Wholenespod and genuinely feel rejuvenated! It’s not just a subtitle; it was my reality today. The location is in a prime spot, surrounded by shopping, dining, and fitness options, which makes each visit incredibly versatile.
From the moment I received the email with clear instructions on how to enter the pod, I knew I was in for a treat. The building itself was a pleasant surprise, with a lovely aroma that was both inviting and soothing. Every person I encountered was welcoming, putting me in the perfect mindset for a great experience.
The seating area was comfortable, and I couldn't help but notice how calm and focused everyone looked. Omega greeted me with a warm, pleasant smile and was impeccably dressed in the Wholenespod uniform, which added a touch of professionalism to the experience. The moment I entered the pod, I was enveloped by a beautiful aroma, and I knew I was in for a great session.
Omega took the time to familiarise me with the pod and explained how to make the most of each feature. The oxygen tank was incredible—I left feeling light and revitalised. The sauna was clean, modern, and accompanied by a beautifully prepared refreshment tray. The towels, gown, and slippers were thoughtful touches that made me feel well-cared-for. The changing space was lovely, especially the light-up mirror, although I would suggest placing the basket outside or using a smaller one for a bit more room to move around.
I loved the sense of personal space the pod provided, allowing me to meditate and enjoy the session without distractions. The view outside the window while using the sauna added to the feeling of elevation and serenity. Everything, from the equipment to the cleanliness and furnishings, was immaculate and stunning—bespoke at its finest!
I’m thrilled for your team and can see how Wholenespod will continue to grow from strength to strength. I’m so glad I experienced the pod for myself and can’t wait to visit again. Absolutely amazing!

Had the best time here today. It was a really nice vibe as you walked in. Was made welcome by a very friendly smile. Gave me a detailed description of my HBOT and made me feel at ease and gelped me with Cotton bottoms as only my top was 100% cotton. The very friendly lady even took time to show my wife what's on offer at the wholness pod before the mrs left me. I really do feel great after my first session and would love to try to do a few more. There are some very handy packages and ways of paying, so dont be shy, pay a visit, and be pleasantly surprised. Thank you wholeness pod family

Life changing!!
I was diagnosed with MS last year and started my hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy in/around October. I can’t believe the changes I’m seeing already in such a short amount of time.

I struggle with energy and motivation but since doing the HBOT I’m seeing my energy come back, I’ve started doing creative projects that I’ve wanted to start but never found the motivation to do so.

My blood results are also coming back with levels I’ve never had (the bad things are back to normal!!!)

My sleep improves after every session.

I honestly don’t think my quality of life would be this good without the oxygen therapy. I wish this was something available to all chronically sick people on the nhs.

If it wasn’t for the ms society linking up with the wholeness pod I wouldn’t be able to continue this amazing therapy.

Definitely look into it if you’re struggling with illness, it’s changing my life!! Xx

Visited the Wholeness Pod with my daughter and we used the infrared sauna. It was an amazing experience and my daughter absolutely loved it. We were so relaxed after we practically floated out. Also the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. We had a 10/10 experience and we will definitely be returning to use all the facilities. Thank you everyone at the Wholeness Pod.

I had a fabulous Far Infrared Sauna session at the wholeness pod today. Throughly enjoyed my treatment and the service was A1 - the team were super friendly and kind - they really know how to create a safe sanctuary. I also loved the little details - water throughout the treatment, coconut water and berries post-treatment, slippers, storage for your shoes etc - it shows genuine care for the people coming through their doors.

Highly recommend them and will definitely be back to try all their other treatments!
