Overall my time spent in the hospital was to high standards. The staff were very reassuring, polite and kind. The hospital itself was very clean and tidy. I was very anxious on the day of my surgery but due to all involved I was made to feel reassured. Thank you to my surgeon and all staff that looked after me.

Nurse Pragya was absolutely amazing: extremely helpful, empathetic and professional, nothing was too much trouble. All staff I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful, from Sandi, the receptionist, the night nurse, and the kitchen staff, Natalie and Georgie. Very many thanks!

I just cannot fault the care that I have received, every aspect has been excellent. My consultant and anaesthetist are superb, I was very anxious and both were reassuring and kind. The nurses are, without exception, superb. Nothing was too much trouble, all were kind and helpful, plus lovely to talk to. Physios also the same. And catering staff/room hosts. The care I received made a stressful and major surgery much more bearable. Everyone was kind and just brilliant. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Over the last two years I have had a hip and a knee replaced at the Manor Hospital. The care and attention I have received has been second to none and I would highly recommend it.

My physio was Maureen Wicks and I’d like to highlight her work as she has aided my recovery on both occasions. Maureen is excellent at her job, fun to be with and really pushes you to achieve your goals post-op.

I can now play tennis, hike, cycle and even run. All of this is testament to her hard work and I can’t thank her enough for a life changing experience.

Had a procedure yesterday, and from start to finish the whole service was exceptional. The staff at reception, was so welcoming. The male nurse looking after me on the ward, was professional, knowldgeable and so caring, the theatre staff were all so reassuring and my consultation was truely amazing.
I would without hesititation recommend this hospital. Thank you so much for looking after me....all of you!

The staff have been awesome. I have had a reverse shoulder joint replacement. I am so pleased with the care from the surgeon (Mr. George-Malal) and my physio after care from Maureen Wicks. I cannot thank you all enough.

I have been fortunate to see Mr Mahran at the Manor Hospital on a number of occasions where the staff have always been so friendly and helpful. Mr Mahran takes the time to listen, answer my questions and always explains my treatment. Nothing seems too much for Mr Mahran and all the staff I have met. I am so pleased with the care I have been receiving. Laura, Mr Mahran’s secretary is a real treasure too and always so helpful and professional. What an amazing team they both make.
