Can't praise the staff here enough. So helpful and kind. Went in to book an appointment after my GP practice messed up an appointment for blood test. They couldn't have been more helpful. The receptionist was lovely and the lady who did the actual test was brilliant. I've been a few times recently and can't fault them at all. Thank you ?

Easy to find,blood test are taken here fast and efficiently by friendly staff from reception to the blood takers..My only gripe is that you can't pay with a quick swipe for parking with a mobile,you have to call to pay from a mobile which is a bit annoying and takes longer.there are other services there that I never used at this stage.there is also a one hour short parking across the road with limited spaces.all in all good service .

Completely useless as prettyuch any other department of Bedford hospital. Made 789phonecalls on single week needing to book appointment. Staff just rejects calls or simply pick up to hang up immediately.

Great, swift service from all the staff. Some parts of the entrance and main building is undergoing renovation works and the signage could be improved!

I have blood tests routinely every couple of months and have done for a few years. I’ve not once had a bad experience here. The desk team are always friendly as are the team of nurses/phlebotomists - very sensitive, caring and supportive. Not to mention friendly and chatty! I’d be reluctant to have my bloods done anywhere else.

Excellent experience. New appointment system works really well. 3pm appointment and I was seen on time. Experienced, efficient, friendly staff. Had no issues taking my blood. Don't really want to go anywhere else.

Had a phlembotomy appointment, booked online - hassle free. Picked up a bloods form from my GP. Appointment was 15.20-15.35, and by 15.29 I was already back at my car, having had the bloods done. Super easy and efficient!
