Staff are very rude and not receptive at all, I had just spoken to Sam I believe regarding a complaint of the treatment of a family member and was straight up told to take it up with someone cares and was rudely locked off on. All of their current 5 star reviews are by staff of Symbiosis. Fraudulent indian owned company which explains the lack of quality in care and inability to be honest.

A well organised care and support company with well trained staff and directors. I strongly recommend to everyone in need of their services.

Terrible company with their staff. Refused to give referencing and refused to re-employ because of stupid personal reasons and not professional reasons. Not paying their staff enough. I wouldn’t recommend.

It feels like they have no regard for vulnerable individuals. The staff seem indifferent, and the owner, Ian Bond, comes across as an opportunist with a tendency to be untruthful. I don’t recommend at all.
