This company is perhaps one of the worst home care provider in the world. Staff member is never paid on time sometimes payments are missed. This company should be closed down by now.
I am pretty sure most of the reviews are by the managers themselves.

The care manager Ann-marie is awful. She pretends to be the nicest person ever. However, she withholds staff payments. Try to pretend as if it's an accident and she knows exactly what she is doing.

If you are a carer stay away. Go for a company that cares about you and actually cares for its clients. This company is only still standing by covering up there lies and mistreatment. They need to be taken to court.

When a family member fell and needed care, Anne Marie talked me through all the options and pointed out considerations that I had not thought of, which really helped the family make an informed decision. Her knowledge of the care sector and the NHS as well as funding options were really useful and she was both patient and knowledgeable - a real beacon in what could have felt like a minefield. I found moving and handling standards are awful on occasion. You do not, not ever, make a client hold a zimmer frame to stand up from a chair whilst carers are dragging up by armpits. Also standing from a bed, the manager, 'I've been a nurse for 40 years', dragged up a client by armpits over objections. Choices not always respected. Overall, not particularly good. Maybe retraining all round is what is needed.

I was so delighted and relieved to have the help of Home Healthcare for my mother when she came out of hospital after having her knee replaced . They were patient and thoughtful which gave me a chance to catch my breath and have them help mother without making me feel guilty if I needed to step away to look after my boys.
