Went for a blood test here today, reception were friendly and professional, I was seen by Vanessa who was the young lady who took my bloods, Vanessa saw me at my appointment time (no waiting)she put me at ease, was very plesent and professional, a job well done ? excellent service.

Caught Covid from this clinic because Bromley Healthcare have decided to make masks optional here in this tiny clinic where it’s impossible to social distance, I had to climb over other patients’ feet to get to the toilet. I was wearing an N95 mask but masks were not worn by any other patients, the two receptionists, or the nurse and doctor in the dermatology clinic. I am high risk for Long Covid and have been shielding this month except to go to necessary medical appointments. It’s criminal.

Lovely service at the clinic. Only downside is that the reception staff do not wear appropriate clothing for working in a medical setting, they also do not wear a name badge or identification, making it hard to tell who they are as they are walking around with jeans and jackets on

Lovely staff from reception to the phlebotomists. My veins are tricky but the staff (Ruth and the other amazing lady with her but I didn’t get her name) were amazing and very gentle, didn’t feel a thing! Very fast to get an appointment too 🙂

The appointment didn't even happen - and the receptionist was rude

Firstly the blood test was painful and not taken correctly,I have had many due to my condition I was bruised and my arm hurt for 3 days after,
Then my test goes missing, i call to chase up (no direct number on website) and I am told rather curtly that my GP must do that and not me.
Finally I email politely asking for information and receive no reply.
Quite simply not good enough. In general you don’t care ,hang you heads.
