Ok I forgot my blood test and arrived half an hour late. Totally my fault but the receptionist was unfriendly and like a robot. No thought of flexibility or even being human. No effort to see if I could still get the test. I would have happily waited. I get that people missing appointments ( never missed one before) wastes resources but a human touch and a little understanding would be nice, even to explain I could not be seen. After all the test is only for cancer monitoring. Yes I was given another appointment in a couple of weeks but understanding costs nothing.
Contact surgery due to extreme pain following an operation. Could not complete e consult. Receptionist like a robot. Told her in pain. Went through form line by line when told most na. Not common sense.
Later able to complete e consult. Not much help. Still on pain. One form told me my issue was urgent and to ring. Really? Can’t get through. After three weeks still in pain. Told by dr that hospital may follow up at some time. No help or empathy. Terrible surgery.

Sadly many don't use there digital sign in so you get ignored like a lepper. I do not like using it ever yet did and still had to wait over 30 mins witch is poor since it's was sold its gone down hill massively

I think this practice is really very very good. Having recently joined, my experience so far has been so positive.

Helpful and friendly reception and pharmacy staff. Straight forward process using e-consulting where the doctors have responded promptly and more importantly, acted immediately for which I'm so thankful.

Would give 0 stars, if you want to actually be listened to dont go to this surgery! Wont discuss serious breathing issues, refuse to do tests, palm me off with an asthma nurse in over two weeks time when i cant breath in my flat!! Was told to just take more meds or change environment! Literally disgusted

my prescription was sent to my old gp in Winchester, I then go to the Tollerford practice (where I registered) to get it and was told it was at the tunnel road surgery yesterday. I then go to the tunnel road surgery today (a 40 minute drive in total) to be told I can't pick up my prescription as it was the wrong time, even though the surgery was so empty. I have to take time off work to get it tomorrow, as I'm going to university.
