*UPDATE* Despite my previous good experiences, they have been struggling to sort out my repeat prescriptions despite ordering them a month in advance, which wouldn't be a huge issue if they didn't keep missing my epilepsy meds, which are the most important ones. They either tell me to come back in a week or try a different brand, neither of which are often an option. It is unnecessarily stressful
The people there are especially kind and caring, particularly with respecting rarer medical needs. As someone who has a constantly changing number of different tablets, and blood tests needed, they've made me far more comfortable than my previous GP

Different doctor every single time, you always feel rushed. The pharmacy has possibly one of the most rude inpatient pharmacist I've ever met, the lady is of older years whom just scowels at you with pure hatred, this is unless you are one of the unfortunate few that actually knows her, she then manages to crack a smile. (I can't without swearing explain how rude) the younger girls are lovely especially when they aren't sitting there in fear of Satan wife.

Not very good! Can never get an in person appointment. Never answer the phone, appointments are like golddust. Reception is always closed.
