The best exercise classes I have been to! You’re encouraged to do everything at your own pace & increase gradually. Teachers are lovely & there’s a real community with all the other online clients. I love the ‘My Barre’ class & hope to try some of the new classes soon too.

I first joined some of the Online classes during COVID lockdown and have continued with them as the Instructors are so knowledgeable, helpful, motivational, lovely and cater for everyone's needs - as are and do the Community Instructors. Whilst I haven't met in person the majority of the other online class participants, it just feels like there's an online friendship as there is with the the face to face classes.

I have been coming to Brand New U classes for several years, the classes are always welcoming and fun and the expert teaching of exercise has helped me cope with considerable less pain for an existing health condition . I would recommend them to anyone.
