The Well-being Hub

On a couple of occasions this year I have picked up a back injury, and both times Sam cleared it up extremely quickly. Her knowledge of the Bowen Technique is excellent and the Hub that she works in is a wonderful addition, and complements her work brilliantly. I have absolutely no problem recommending her service, it was first class.

This is an amazing practice which I was completely new to. Sam is a professional and very empathetic Bownen’s practitioner. I saw Sam following a back injury, and it’s hard to explain the ease and relief I felt, even after just one session. My body was buzzing afterwards, fantastic!
