This enabled our daughter to enrage really well and for us all to express ourselves openly and without judgement. We chose to see Dr Sasha based on her excellent ratings from previous clients and it was absolutely the right decision.
She was kind, thorough, and completely understood our 15yo and the struggles she is currently facing.
Our daughter rarely feels comfortable interacting with strangers but before half of the appointment was over, Dr Sasha had her responding and even making a joke or two by the end.
It was a pleasure to deal with someone so understanding and easy to talk to, and I think her gentle approach was a great relief to our daughter after months of feeling pressured to explain things that even she herself didn't understand.
Dr Sasha explained everything she could see very thoroughly, and outlined a treatment programme, and for the first time in months we feel that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you so much!

Excellent Initial consultation with the adult psychiatrist, and super support from Nina (admin), in all stages from first contact to assessments. Sometimes, it is worth going private to have the support that is needed, as you seek to find out more about who you are as an adult especially seeking an ASD diagnosis in later years. Dr. Sasha, is an amazing support. High Recommended.

I was disappointed.

Firstly let me say Eve was amazing, really organised, friendly and fast.

We had an online assessment with Dr Tomus. A nice lady but sadly was not right for us. I had previously explained that my daughter struggles with direct questions and due to that has never gotten on well with any kind of assessment or therapy. I was reassured that all the staff were great, and used to kids that would not engage.

We had 90 minutes of direct questions while my daughter got increasingly anxious and non communicative. When she refused to answer, we had to answer in front of her, and some of it must have been very difficult for her to hear. At no point was it suggested she leave the room for a bit.

By the end of it she was so distressed she couldn’t go to school the next day. A few days later she was still so escalated she got suspended from school. Twice. We didn’t feel any closer to getting a diagnosis, and decided to not continue with this practice, therefore losing £500. I would not recommend if you suspect autism with a pda profile and instead will be looking for a specialist.

We had a video call with Dr Tomas. She took the time to go over our 8yo daughters difficulties and needs and then had a lovely conversation with her on her level. Our daughter has ADHD but has previously been denied referrals through the school and CAMHS despite worsening needs at home and school. Our appointment with Dr Hvidsten was hugely reassuring and extremely helpful. She had thoroughly read the previous assessment report for our daughter, which we shared beforehand, and during our first extended consultation she was able to quickly reach a diagnosis and suggest first steps for treatment. After waiting for NHS assessment and treatment for many months, this was exactly what we needed and her warmth and calm manner helped our very anxious daughter enormously.
