Been with them for years, but we're ejected after moving from the catchment area, despite having the same family doctor for years. That's life, but try and get help with how to register with a new doctors, or get a prescription on time, and you've had it. Impossible to reach a human, and staff very short these days. I'm glad we had to change now, despite missing my GPs knowledge of my health history.

Reception very helpful. Bloods nurse Lucy always lovely to go see. All doctors I have seen have been friendly and professional. Thank you for all help and support over the past few years.

I have been with this practice my entire life and ever since the covid years came you'd be lucky to ever see a member of the clinical team. App and website are as good as useless. Huge wait times if you ever need to call. Then once you get through to a member of the reception team they make endless promises with nothing at the end to show for it. After many many years I have finally decided to leave the practice as there's no signs that anything is improving. Clinical team have always been lovely, but I haven't seen them in so long I don't even know if they offer face to face appointments anymore.

Had a very insensitive doctor who had the nerve to say that my brother's Autism was just him 'going through a trend', despite the fact that he has suffered from it since 1991 - This just proves how BS society is these days if this is how doctors act towards people with learning difficulties, and suffering from mental health issues!

I personally think that It's disgusting that people like this doctor are treating a serious mental disability like it's just a BS Twitter 'Trend'.

I can honestly say that the reception staff have gone above and beyond for my husband! Only got to ring and Drs come out to do a home visit! Been with the surgery for years. Kath Pearce has been so helpful and even listened to me cry on the phone never once tried to hurry me up. Thank you all for your support.

Thank you especially to Charlie. The bloods nurse Lucy is really friendly too and the nurse Fiona. This surgery seems to be improving especially thanks to the influx of new staff, not that I didn't think Dr. McKenzie was the best!

Every time I call the reception the lady at the receptionist is always rude, very unfriendly voice and never let's me finish what I want to say. Interrupts me and doesn't let me get to my point / my enquiry. The surgery as an overall service is beyond poor. Super slow service where I had waited 2 months for tests results, nobody called me back. I called back for myself to see what is happening to find out that I had indeed needed to go to the hospital, they've completely neglected me in every department. Get out of this GP Surgery as soon as you can, change it ASAP! If I could give zero stars I would! Atrocious surgery.
