Every sound bath session of Zoe's is a different experience for me, all of them a delight. The sounds she creates each time paint a different picture, evoke different emotions/ feelings, the vibrations alter. I always come away totally relaxed and peaceful.
Not only is Zoe wonderfully creative with sound, she has a welcoming calmness about her that invites you in.
I highly recommend the sessions, an hour of bliss.

If you are curious about sound therapy, Yin and Sonic offers a welcoming safe space to experience a sound bath. Being able to completely turn off and rest your mind is powerful. I love the warmth of the space and hearing the vibrations of the gong and singing bowls. Zoe is happy to answer questions and her sessions are always full of lovely people.

I enjoyed a relaxing and therapeutic experience at Zoe's sound bath on Sunday. The room setting was a perfect environment for calm and Zoe was a great facilitator and clearly highly experienced. She put the class at ease by providing info on what to anticipate and was welcoming from the first communication. Will definitely try it again.

I had a lovely experience at Zoe's sound therapy session on a Sunday afternoon - the room and setting are perfect and Zoe is a great facilitator - she puts you at ease straight away with a very warm and friendly approach and her skills at the sound healing were very impressive. I felt totally relaxed after the experience and I will definitely go back to her sessions.

Such a warm and welcoming environment and a tremendously lovely host. My Soundbath experiences are a little different each time but always deeply relaxing and soothing and I sleep very well afterwards. The feeling of sound washing over you as your mind wanders into the subconscious is really unique and restful and is now an important part of my self care rituals.

I have had the pleasure of having Zoe attend my yoga workshops to provide my students with the most beautiful sound therapy relaxation session at the end of the morning. I have attended short sound baths before and this sound bath went to another level. Very experienced facilitator who was so lovely and welcoming and provided a lovely pace to relax. I felt so balanced after, slept well and very relaxed. Def will do again.
