Giulia is absolutely wonderful. I am 6 years post c-section and my scar was starting to bother me after starting a new exercise regime - having never had a problem before this was unsettling. After one session with Giulia, I experienced significant relief and change. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and holistic and I would highly recommend her and the team at Yana (I’ve also had lymphatic massage with Ania, who is also tremendous and I’d also recommend!).

Giulia has a holistic approach to osteopathy and uses numerous methods and techniques. I've been pleasantly surprised at her breadth of knowledge about different aspects of the body and how past injury and childbirth still affects the body much later. The back and hip pain I went to her with has mostly gone thanks to her expert help and varied modalities. Now we're past the more surface stuff and into deeper level issues and I think we're getting to the core of it all slowly but surely. I fully expect to feel like a different body when we're done. I already feel lighter and more like my old more agile (and youngish) self. Giulia was recommended to me by several people, and I would highly recommend her too.

Giulia is great!
I’ve had 2 sessions with Giulia after my c section. They’ve been hugely beneficial and I’ve already seen improvements since her treatment.
She made me feel very comfortable and has explained how her treatment is working different areas of the body to help with the appearance of my scar and reduction of the overhang. Further to this, she has done work on my back which I have been having more pain with since giving birth which has helped a lot. I would recommend her services highly.

I've been struggling with lower back pain for a couple of years and decided to give oeteopathy a go without really knowing much about it. I feel fortunate to have stumbled onto Giulia because she has been fantastic. After a few sessions I feel such a marked difference - it feels like magic! Of course, it's not, it's Giulia's deep understanding of bodies and talent for knowing what's needed. She has a lot of different techniques in her took-lit, explains what's she's doing and puts you at ease.

Even after the first session my back and neck were noticeably less painful and stiff, but after a number of weeks and sessions she’d changed for the better so much about my posture, joint aches and pains, teeth grinding and post c-section concerns. I can’t say enough about Yana Wellness, in just 3 Osteopathy sessions and 1 massage I am feeling so much relief and understanding my body better. You can just tell that Giulia is so knowledgeable at what she does but on top of that makes you feel at ease and safe. My general Osteopathy sessions with Giulia are so comprehensive, listening to my long list of medical history attentively, examining me expertly, offering advice for when working out, explaining in detail what she is doing and giving between session care advice. I have had treatments never offered to me before in Osteopathy session including dry needling and scar release. Upon first session Giulia recommended for Osteopathy sessions to be effective to have a massage treatment with Ania first to release tension, it was the best massage I’ve had in a long time, you can tell Ania is incredibly experienced and despite having multiple injuries and referred pain she made the experience incredibly relaxing.
