Xyla services were so helpful when we had to have my mum put into a care home. They assisted greatly with making the arrangements to move her from Surrey to Carmarthenshire where we live. What an invaluable service CHS provide.
We were trying to find a care home for our Mum and because she was self funded no one would help us.
We wanted to make sure we found her a place which suited her needs so we did not have to move her again.
Bernadette was so helpful and understanding from the very beginning.
She did all the hard work for us, ringing round all the homes local to us to see if they could meet our Mum's needs and had space.
She organised visits for us and corresponded with the homes on our behalf.
Our Mum is now safe in a fantastic home which suits her needs very well as a result of all Bernadette's hard work.

I found CHS health care on Google after desperately trying to find the right care home for my mum. It was so distressing because each one we would pick to look at didn't have any vacancies and the ones that did were not very nice at all which made it all the more upsetting. From emailing them a lovely lady named Sarah Amison got in touch with me very quickly and put my mind at ease straight away as she was so caring. She sent me a list of all the care homes with availability in our area which took all the stress of looking and contacting to be told they had no vacancies away. She has helped us to find mum the most amazing place which has given us so much peace of mind. She has constantly checked in and got straight back to me if I had any queries and made the whole process feel like a huge weight has lifted from us. Thankyou so much Sarah and CHS, you will never know just how much we appreciate you!

Having used the excellent services of CHC previously to source respite care, I turned to this valuable organisation once again to secure nursing dementure care for my father. His physical and mental health had unexpectedly and rapidly deteriorated over a short time, which devastated our family. Following a hospital stay, it was proving difficult to find a nursing home that could accommodate my father's high dependency needs. I was delighted that Amanda was assigned to my case once again and she quickly liaised with and shortlisted potential homes, taking on much of the legwork and phone calls required. Amanda kept in close telephone contact throughout the process and was always a positive source of support at a very difficult time. She seemed to know exactly when to call and what to say to provide reassurance. My father has now moved into a care home local to where we live, which oddly I was not even aware of before Amanda mentioned it. I am extremely grateful to have benefitted from Amanda's support and for the vital, professional service that CHS offer to people at what is a stressful, difficult decision-making time for their loved ones. Leah from CHS Healthcare at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital was wonderful when it came to finding a care home for my elderly mum after a long stay in hospital following a fall. I know from personal experience with my father that this is a time consuming, soul destroying process when dealing with this by yourself, phoning round and visiting countless care homes, most of which are either not quite right or lacking vacancies. All of this is the last thing you need when dealing with the physical and emotional strain of the illness of a loved one in hospital.
This time round, the hospital put me directly in touch with Leah from CHS Healthcare and I knew we were in good hands from the outset. After lending a sympathetic ear and enquiring about location, budget and other preferences, Leah swiftly came back with a shortlist of potential properties with vacancies which my mum and I discussed. Leah then made all the arrangements with our preferred choice of care home and within a week my mum was happily settling into her new home. It really was that simple, and allowed me to focus on my mum's health and wellbeing. There were no fees from CHS Healthcare to me as an end user, and my mum, the hospital and care home were all happy with the outcome too.
A huge thank you to Leah for her empathy, sensitivity and efficiency in making the search and placement at a suitable care home for my mum so straightforward. CHS Healthcare provide exactly the service you need, when you most need it, so I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

We were referred to CHS Healthcare by the hospital Social Worker ,after it was decided that my uncle needed a care home placement rather than returning home from hospital.
We were given loads of options and our preferences were taken into account.We had multiple calls a day as they tried to find a suitable home.We felt well supported and under no pressure to accept a home we weren't happy with.
