I've never had an issue at this surgery .I always get in when I need to .they are in the ball and call me to remind me of my appointments as I can't remember anything. The nurse Is amazing, and it's 100% better than my last place, that's for sure, as I could never get in .brilliant 5 star from me, and I'd highly recommend them x

If there was an option to give them a zero rating I’d be happier. The receptionists need proper training on how to deal with patients and definitely don’t seem to understand anything about empathy. I’ve had to talk over her so that I could be heard which isn’t the way it’s supposed to do. Their lack of etiquette is appalling. I wonder who recruits them and what is the screening process before they are given the job. Rude, disrespectful and incompetent. The doctor who I had a telephone appointment was in a rush to hang up and must have given me 30 seconds of his time. I couldn’t even gather my thoughts let alone express them as he wizzed passed. I will be changing gps very soon. If you plan on joining this surgery I’d suggest you walk away now !!!!!!

NEVER GOING HERE EVER AGAIN!!
the state of the staff is absolutely disgusting especially a receptionist called Neeru. never knew how a character such as herself can be so entitled and so rude with the way she speaks to patients and it seems like im not the only one who agrees with this statement. the way the staff act is unprofessional and have no empathy towards any situation that you are currently going through so this says a lot about the management team. not being bias in any way but i intially started off by being nice towards them and had this whole attitude and not care to explain anything on why or what i could do about my situation but the worse one of them all is the person i stated earlier NEERU. i would like someone to at least address this issue cause this cannot be tolerated and honestly if i was to be in the postion of management at the surgery i would get rid of such a rude individual.

The doctors are OK when you can get to see them,,,, but the receptionists are rude nobodies who make you feel like you shouldn't be there. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

My 94 years old mother needed a callout as she is house bound.I was very concerned about her breathing. The receptionist said we don't do home visits. The receptionist was very dissmisses and rude and blunt. I wish they had more understanding and empathy. Three receptionist had no idea.

First time trying to book an appointment today and I wasn’t particularly impressed with the way it went.

I work shifts so have to look ahead for a this reason and apparently I can only book an appointment on the day I call nothing is booked in advance.

So I guess it’s luck of the draw as to whether or not I get one then. So much for forward planning, good job it’s not an emergency I guess.

I will update with any interactions I get after today and update the review as to whether I actually get an interaction with a doctor or not.

UPDATE.
So after failing to get an appointment for myself on numerous occasions. I tried booking my 6 week old sons vaccinations in advance for the 8 week period today.

Apparently I also have to call on the day and pray to the gods that I can get an appointment for him too.

Needless to say I’ll look for another doctors surgery now. I have downgraded my score to 1 star.

Parking is also tight and I was struggling to get my child out of the car in the parking space. I asked about alternative parking and was told there was none.
Staff suggested I get my son out before parking and place him on the floor in the car park whilst I manoeuvre’d the vehicle. Not to make this story sound even more ridiculous, but it was raining pretty heavily too. ‍♂️‍♂️

Needless to say I decided to brave the double yellow lines and the ticket.
