Just been for covid and flu jabs, Was like a cattle market in waiting/outside areas.
No wonder you catch colds and flu with all the coffing and sneezing .

Refused to book an appointment for two weeks despite having appointments sooner, but only if you ring up as soon as the surgery opens every day.

I was advised by the hospital after some tests to book an appointment with the GP as soon as possible, and I explained that I have a recurring work meeting that I can't leave to make a phone call first thing in the morning, when they're open all day, but they wouldn't budge.

Absolutely disgusting treatment.

Went for a lipoma removal, -lipoma was very big. I was petrified at the beginning but nurses and surgeon was very kind, caring and reassuring. All went very good, I am laughing at myself now for being soo nervous. The scar I have left is long but bearly visible, looks like a cat scratch 😊. I will definitely recommend.

We as a family have been with this surgery for 11 years, yes it's undergone changes and some access issues as demand has increased in that time. However I cannot fault the service we have received. The staff despite being under pressure do a great job and we thank them wholeheartedly.

In terms of medical care, The White Rose Surgery is brilliant.

However, the quality, excellence and thus popularity of this Practice has affected their ability to deliver satisfactory service levels.

I’m sure many patients would agree with me that White Rose let themselves down with their appointment booking system. Trying to get an appointment to see a doctor is difficult.

The option to book an appointment via the online system is good but the appointments available are either at extremely inconvenient times or too far in the future.

The alternative of calling on the phone for a same-day appointment is a lottery. Typically, one can ring early morning to book an appointment only to hear a recorded message saying “appointments are full today”.

I’m sure most patients find this very frustrating particularly shift workers, Mums with young children and elderly persons.

There isn’t any provision in the booking system for people who require ongoing medical advice to pre-book an appointment to see their preferred doctor at a ‘convenient’ time.
