Not once have I managed to get the correct date for delivery on the app, it simply doesn't work and can't get through to customer service, had to call my consultant a few times to put through a manual prescription. Used Lloyds for years and not one issue.

This company is the most inefficient I have ever dealt with! When Healthcare at Home dealt with my prescription I never had any problems but since they took over I've experienced difficulty every time a delivery is due. I've been on this medication for 15 years so have had many deliveries. No choice but to stick with them but someone needs to sort them out!

Would have given a zero if I could. Atrocious company. Don't turn up when they say they will, can never get hold of anyone, app doesn't work. Left me without my medication for 3 months - I'm supposed to inject every 2 weeks. It's a miracle that I didn't end up being hospitalised. How they got a contract with the NHS is beyond me. I have complained so many times but it doesn't make any difference. I could do a better job on my own. Would I recommend this company to anyone else? Absolutely, most definitely NOT

YOUR DELIVERIES ARE NOT GUARANTEED!!! No communication, horrific customer service that just tell you to ring back if they actually pick up your call, long phone hold times, cancellations of appointments that you aren't made aware of, they do not care for your health. If you arrange medication to be delivered, even with senior approval (which is difficult to get hold of) it isn't definite that you will actually receive your medication. I still haven't received my first medication delivery weeks and weeks down the line. Should not even be in business, it's a complete joke. Unreliable is an understatement. Completely negligent in their duty of care.

Absolute joke of a company. Causing my partner who has a long term health condition more and more stress each month. Completely inapt company that are aware we are at work during the day and each time try to deliver life saving medication during the day that requires a signature. Each time they promise to put us on evening or weekend deliveries and that not to worry as the system has been updated with our details. How this company manage to maintain the NHS contract i do not know. Shocking. If we had a choice whether or not to use this company the answer would be NO!

Awful company and service, extremely unreliable. They are messing with people's lives and causing harm both physically and mentally by depriving people of vital medication. My mother has missed her dose which resulted in her being admitted to the A&E. The fact that people are not given a choice in whether they want to use this company or not is also outrageous. You should be ashamed

Healthcare at home.were fantastic, then this company took of my prescription and they are horrendous. Service is non existent! Probably being paid an absolute fortune by the nhs to provide next to no service

My wife got a txt today at 17.19 saying your the next drop.At 17.20 got another txt saying delivery failed not attempted. Someone is clearly lying this is an absolute joke of a company who are making millions out of the NHS .What was wrong with the hospital sending a script to us for us to get from pharmacy. Or hospital could electronically send the script to our nominated pharmacy. If I could of scored zero I would.
